1. Information We Collect

We collect ZERO personal data. Horario does not require or collect any personal information such as:

• Name, email address, or phone number
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Contact lists or photos
• Any other personally identifiable information

1.2 Shift Data

All shift data you enter (clock-in times, clock-out times, shift durations, and history) is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any servers or third parties.

1.3 Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or monitoring tools. We do not track how you use the app, which features you access, or any usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since we don't collect any information, we don't use, process, or analyze any data. All calculations and data storage happen entirely on your device for your personal use only.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All data is stored locally using iOS secure storage mechanisms (UserDefaults and App Groups for widget functionality). This data is:

• Stored only on your device
• Protected by iOS security features and your device passcode/biometrics
• Automatically deleted when you delete the app
• Never backed up to our servers (only to iCloud if you have iCloud backup enabled)

3.2 iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, iOS may automatically back up Horario's data along with your other app data. This is controlled by Apple's iCloud service and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable app data backup in your iOS Settings.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We never share your data because we never have access to it. Your shift data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

We Do Not:

• Sell or rent your information to third parties
• Share data with advertisers or marketing companies
• Use your data for advertising purposes
• Transfer data to analytics services
• Share data with business partners or affiliates

5. Third-Party Services

Horario does not integrate with or use any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that could access your data. The app operates completely independently and offline.

6. Children's Privacy

Horario does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we don't collect any data at all, the app can be safely used by individuals of any age.

7. Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is accessible directly within the app
• Deletion: Delete the app to permanently remove all stored shift data
• Portability: Your data stays on your device and is not locked into any cloud service
• No Account Required: Use the app without creating an account or providing personal information

8. Data Retention

Shift data is retained on your device until you manually delete individual records or uninstall the app. We have no access to this data and cannot delete it remotely.

9. International Users

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we don't collect or transmit any information, there are no international data transfers or cross-border data concerns.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have certain rights regarding their personal information. Since Horario does not collect any personal information, these rights do not apply, as there is no data to access, delete, or manage.

11. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), European users have rights regarding their personal data. Since Horario does not collect, process, or store any personal data, GDPR obligations do not apply.

12. Control Center Widget

Horario's Control Center widget uses iOS App Groups to share data between the main app and the widget. This data sharing happens entirely on your device and does not involve any external servers or services.

13. App Permissions

Horario does not request any device permissions such as:

• Location access
• Camera or photo library access
• Microphone access
• Contacts access
• Calendar access
• Network/internet access (app works completely offline)

14. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The updated policy will be posted with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

15. No Advertising

Horario does not display any advertisements and does not use advertising frameworks or tracking pixels.

16. Security

While we don't collect your data, we take security seriously. The app uses iOS's built-in security features to protect your locally stored data. However, the security of your data ultimately depends on:

• Your device's security settings (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
• Keeping your iOS up to date with the latest security patches
• Physical security of your device
